meditativen Zustand ankommst und strukturiert und ablenkungsfrei \u00fcben kannst. \nDenn im Gegensatz zu Meditations Apps und Videos, kann die Meditation vom Lehrer fortlaufend an den Praktizierenden angepasst werden. Damit wird verhindert dass Haltungsfehler und Irrungen entstehen, denn kl\u00e4rende R\u00fcckfragen k\u00f6nnen gestellt und beantwortet werden.
